Lee Soo Fern, Partner, Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd, is the ASEAN People Leader. She oversees the People Team of Ernst & Young in Malaysia, Singapore and the other countries in ASEAN, and is a member of the People Leadership Team in Asia Pacific.
Soo Fern began her career as an auditor. Her professional accounting career spanned 10 years and included a five-year term with Ernst & Young in Singapore.
Soo Fern graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance). She holds a CPA Australia qualification and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
